Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with O’ Natural. A customer may return a product at the time of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
- Product does not meet expectations
- Damaged during delivery
- Doubts about product quality or quantity
- Received in an unhealthy or unexpected condition
- Unsatisfactory packaging
- Product found unusable
⚠️ Please note: We continuously monitor accounts with excessive return or refund requests and may take steps to prevent misuse.
Products that cannot be returned or replaced include:
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Incidental damage due to malfunction
- Consumable items that have been used/installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Items not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Products returned without original packaging, box, or included accessories
Refund Policy
At O’ Natural, we strive to serve you with care. If for any reason we fail to provide a product or service, you will be notified within 24 hours via phone, SMS, or email.
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- We are unable to provide the product
- A customer cancels a paid order before dispatch
💳 Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD), customers must check items during delivery in front of our delivery personnel. Once the delivery team leaves, onaturalbd.com will not be liable for future claims.
Refund Deductions
All refunds are subject to payment gateway transaction charges. These charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount:

Note: These percentages are determined by payment gateway providers and may vary. O’ Natural does not add any extra charge beyond the actual transaction cost deducted by the provider.
