O’ Natural reserves the right to change its fee policy from time to time.
Regular Order Time: Anytime through our Website, Over the Phone 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Orders after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our employee may carry your order to the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if:
- The employee has your permission.
- Our employee believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request.
We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address. For deliveries to customers at a business address, we can deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of your business, but unfortunately, we are not able to come to your desk. If your business has a shared ground floor reception, this is where we will deliver your shopping.
- Please note that we deliver goods and services only to specified regions within Dhaka.
- Delivery times will be agreed upon with you at the time of placing your order.
- Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation:
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we may reject or cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized; the order information is verified for accuracy.
- Some situations may result in your order being canceled due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our relevant department.
- We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
- We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Cancellations by the Customer
- If a cancellation notice from your side is duly received by us and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card.
- Orders that are canceled after they have been shipped /dispatched are subject to a BDT (as per management decision) cancellation fee to be deducted from your refund for shipping and processing.
- We have the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped /dispatched or not.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation, as per management’s decision.
